Refurbishment Operations Lead

Job Summary:
The Refurbishment Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and operational readiness of refurbishment programs across assigned products and regions. This role acts as the central program owner coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure refurb products can be launched, produced, transacted, and sold compliantly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead refurbishment projects from initial assessment through implementation, launch, and steady-state operations.
- Partner with the appropriate Design, Business Groups and technical teams to validate all product documentation required to support refurb operations.
- Coordinate the development and approval of required compliance labels and product labeling.
- Define and validate packaging requirements for refurbished products.
- Coordinate with Business Groups, Design, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory Control, Finance, Commercial, and other internal teams as required.
- Coordinate material planning with refurbishment warehouses and operations teams.
- Coordinate refurbishment production plans with warehouse teams.
- Partner eCommerce teams to align refurbishment production with expected demand and product launch timelines.
- Responsible for the planning and coordination of warranty refurb production
- Monitor execution against the production plan and resolve operational issues that may impact output.
- Monitor sales and consumption trends to identify demand spikes, slow-moving inventory, or potential replenishment needs.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and communicate status, risks, decisions, and required actions to key stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve refurbishment processes, planning accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Experience in project or program management within supply chain, operations, manufacturing, reverse logistics, refurbishment, repair, or a related environment.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to drive actions across teams without direct authority.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, products, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating operational launches, production readiness, or product lifecycle activities.
- Ability to analyze inventory, demand, production, and operational data to support business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and highly cross-functional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools (Asana).
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 78,200 and $ 101,200.
