As a Recruiting Coordinator, you play a critical role in shaping the candidate and stakeholder experience. You serve as an ambassador for Lam, ensuring every interaction is professional, thoughtful, and executed effectively. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships enhances the recruiting process.
What you’ll do
As Lam’s Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) continues to evolve, this role will grow alongside it, offering opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to broader TA initiatives. The primary focus of this role is coordinating interviews for the North America Talent Acquisition team, while also supporting recruiters with day-to-day recruiting support tasks.
- Support high-volume scheduling and fluctuating agendas for onsite and virtual interviews with complex and dynamic schedules, providing candidates or interviewers with supporting information.
- Complete day-to-day recruiting support tasks such as job description review and posting through SuccessFactors, relocation initiation, visa initiation, coordinating on-site hiring event logistics, facilitating travel reimbursements for non-local candidates, and other projects as needed.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrative assistants as needed to finalize interview details.
- Track interview details and changes, as well as in‑progress and completed recruiting support tasks, using the team’s Kanban tracker.
- Utilize Eightfold (Career Connect) to schedule interviews and monitor invites for acceptance.
- Continually identify opportunities for process and system improvements to streamline workflow and enhance customer and candidate experience.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience supporting high-volume scheduling, ideally in a recruiting or human resources role.
- Self-starter who can manageshifting priorities and frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, and genuine care for the quality and accuracy of their work.
- Professional and effective communicator with both external and internal stakeholders, possessing outstanding people skills and a high degree of empathy.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel (beginner to intermediate level).
- Open to giving and receiving process improvement feedback and must be able to make strategic and timely decisions, understanding when to own a decision and when to involve others.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
