We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team at Snap Inc based in our New York City office!
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate high-volume and complex interviews across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting partners throughout the interview process
- Manage calendars, interview logistics, scheduling changes, and follow-up details with strong attention to detail.
- Solve day-to-day scheduling challenges and adapting to changing needs and priorities
- Support a seamless candidate and interviewer experience by anticipating scheduling needs, and providing clear communication.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve routine scheduling problems and make sound decisions within established processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment with general guidance and oversight.
- Experience using calendar tools, Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems, and interview scheduling or recruiting coordination platforms.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and other internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience (non-internship) in lieu of degree.
- 1+ years of coordination experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, HR coordination, or a related experience.
- Experience coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and communicating scheduling details to multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday, GoodTime, or similar recruiting technologies.
- Experience supporting recruiting across multiple functions, regions, or time zones.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting or coordination environment.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
