Description
To keep pace with Tesla's thriving Energy business, the EMEA Recruitment team is looking to bring another curious and driven Recruiter/Sr Recruiter to this fast-growing area. Our team supports the phenomenal growth of Megapack, Powerwall and Supercharging - we hire for sustainably-focused roles including Engineering, Sales, Service and much more.
We are true partners to our business, which means a consultative and strategic approach to recruiting. Additionally, we are part of the broader Tesla Talent Acquisition team, involved in process improvement and cross-functional projects that impact the entire TA landscape.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide strategic guidance around growth plans, driving the full end-to-end hiring process
- Set and manage expectations on the recruiting timeline with hiring manager, proactively addressing potential issues and bringing solutions
- Develop and utilize innovative strategies for finding and connecting with passive talent
- Use data to assess and measure performance and deliver reporting to the business
- Conduct behavioral based interviews
- Manage / engage in initiatives related to process improvements, candidate experience, interview training and more
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent
- Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners
- Strong motivation and work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills - genuine curiosity
- Skills in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
- Market experience (or strong interest) in Energy preferred
- Fluency in Dutch, German, French or other European language preferred
