Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

·          End-to-End Program Ownership: Own and manage product development programs for Tier-1 customers. Drive comprehensive project planning (schedule and budget), proactively mitigate risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the project team achieves on-time delivery for all milestones.

·          Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams (including EE, ME, Thermal, BIOS, BMC, Validation, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain) to rapidly resolve customer-reported design, quality, compatibility, firmware, and hardware issues.

·          Engineering Change Management: Oversee project change requests, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Bill of Materials (BOM) updates, firmware/hardware revisions, and regression validation plans.

·          Global Collaboration: Partner with global teams across the US, Taiwan, and international manufacturing sites to align priorities and ensure seamless execution.

·          KPI & Risk Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key program metrics (KPIs), risks, and mitigation strategies to both internal executives and external customers.

·          Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with customer program managers, system leads, and engineering teams to provide timely status updates and maintain strict alignment on priorities and deliverables.

·          Sustaining & Quality Support: Coordinate and monitor Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) returns, Failure Analysis (FA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and the implementation of corrective actions.

·          Lifecycle Optimization: Support cost-reduction initiatives, alternate sourcing strategies, and service-level improvements throughout the entire product lifecycle.

·          Continuous Improvement: Capture and share lessons learned and best practices to elevate team capabilities and optimize future project execution.
