Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

Coordinate RAMS and System Assurance activities across rail projects.
Manage and review RAMS submissions from consultants and suppliers.
Prepare RAMS studies and related engineering reports.
Actively participate in RAMS discussions and meetings with customers and project stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, e.g. local and regional customers and stakeholders. This involves clarification and coordination with other specialist areas, organizational units and customers, as required.
Support and be involved in all the strategic and digital initiatives of the team when required.
Support the team during the bid phase of projects in Singapore.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Railway-related specialization would be advantageous.
3 to 5 years’ experience in RAMS/System Assurance, preferably with exposure to rail projects in Singapore and/or the Southeast Asian region.
Knowledge on CENELEC standards for RAMS EN50126, EN50129, EN50128/EN50716, EN50159.
Experience with CBTC, Platform Screen Doors and/or Traction Power Systems projects is essential.
Hands-on experience in hazard management and identification, Safety Functions/SIL and THR ratings, as well as performing RAMS studies such as RBD, FMEA, FMECA, FTA and FRACAS.
Able to demonstrate hands-on experience in managing Exported Risks/SRACs impacting Design/Interface/Manufacturing/Installation/T&C/Operator’s procedures.
Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a commitment to customer needs, quality and continuous improvement.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Experience in requirements management, traceability and validation.
- Experience across the rail systems project lifecycle, such as system testing, system design, system integration and interfaces, EMC or equivalent.
- Experience in applying digital and/or AI tools to RAMS and Verification & Validation activities.

Contract Type: 36 months contract (extendable depending on project requirements)
