As a Quality Management Specialist, you will become part of the SIM Quality Management & Information Security Management team, a small group of passionate professionals who thrive on mutual respect, collaboration, and a positive mindset. Together we are driven by a shared mission:

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Simulation Business Segment. You will have a visible impact on quality and information security culture, compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex and innovative software organization.
What you’ll be doing:
Quality Management & Information Security Management (QM&ISM) for Assigned Sub‑Units
- Act as the QM&ISM focal point for specific sub‑units within the Simulation Business Segment
- Organize and facilitate QM&ISM Interlock meetings to address quality topics and risks
- Collaborate with auditors to plan, prepare, conduct, and debrief internal audits
- Define, coordinate, and track improvement actions in close cooperation with action owners
- Plan and lead annual Management Review meetings for assigned sub‑units
- Review and analyze quality KPIs and metrics
- Analyze the results of the annual Voice of the Customer surveys
- Provide regular QM&ISM status reporting to your line manager
Segment‑Wide Quality Initiatives
- Take a leading role in SIM‑wide QM&ISM projects/activities, such as workflow automation, global audit planning, or record management
- Provide expert support and guidance across multiple QM&ISM disciplines
- Proactively identify issues and formulate improvement proposals for management
- Contribute to the definition of QM&ISM policies, direction, and best practices
- Mentor and train colleagues on QM&ISM topics
- Explore and evaluate state‑of‑the‑art technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve quality and information security processes
What You'll Bring:
Required
- Solid foundation in Quality Management / Information Security Management principles
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard
- Knowledge of the ISO 27001 Information Security Standard
- Practical experience with the application of Artificial Intelligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to deliver high‑quality, well‑structured outputs
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative team‑player mindset
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Nuclear Quality Assurance (e.g. NQA‑1)

Compensation & Benefits
The primary location for this opportunity is Romania, UK and France. The applicable salary range for these locations is:
EUR 45,800 – EUR 78,000 (France)
GPB 44,200- GPB 68,800 (UK)
RON 145,300- RON 276,000 (Romania)
This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
