Description

We are looking for an SAP Test Lead to join our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group. In this role, you will support planning, creating, scheduling, coordinating, and executing tests for projects within the WW SOS Operations organization. You will partner with project managers and development teams to ensure high-quality products for our business and customers while continuously improving our testing practices. Description: You will manage end-to-end test activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, team coordination, and communication. By driving the successful release of system enhancements and new functionalities through effective user acceptance testing, you will play a critical role in our operations.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end test activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, team coordination, and communication.
Drive the successful release of system enhancements and new functionalities through effective user acceptance testing.
Design and operationalize robust test data management strategies.
Develop test plans and facilitate the creation of test cases and scripts across multiple projects of varying sizes.
Facilitate end-to-end test scenario creation, bridging various functionalities through manual or automated processes.
Negotiate with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and drive results without compromising quality.
Create, maintain, and report on testing metrics, including SLAs and KPIs, while continuously improving testing best practices.
Determine the test automation approach and scope for projects, maintaining a comprehensive testing knowledge repository for the BPR team.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience in project management or test lead positions within the software lifecycle.
Proficiency with operations and various Supply Chain functions, such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory Management, and Reverse Logistics.
Familiarity with software test automation tools and frameworks, including UFT, Selenium, and Playwright.
Background in data management methodologies for data identification, validation, and maintenance.
Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
Proficient communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

PMI/PMP certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential.
Track record of testing with transformations.
Supply chain technical and application competencies as a techno-functional testing professional.
Proven ability to work on projects for globally distributed teams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate horizontally and vertically.
Dedication to delivering great software and releasing it quickly, efficiently, and with increased quality.
