Quality Engineering Technician, Vehicle Attributes (m/w/d) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

Responsibilities

• Execute Vehicle Attributes audits to standard, including road tests where required
• Enter complete and accurate findings in the audit app so coverage and score stay trustworthy
• Use the daily kanban and team dashboard to see what is open, late, or off target
• Describe defects so Production and Engineering can act: where, when, and how to reproduce
• Start containment the same shift when there is a customer or escape risk
• Support a simple why-analysis on issues you find, and escalate hard topics with data rather than opinions
• Keep scoring consistent with the team and learn more than one process so coverage holds through ramp and absence

Requirements

• Hands-on vehicle experience from production, quality, service, or a workshop, with comfort working on a car rather than only in a system
• Ability to hear, reproduce, and describe a noise, a leak, or a function fault
• Working knowledge of nonconformance, containment, escalation, and a simple why-analysis
• Comfort with FX or a similar factory system, plus Excel; Jira and Confluence are helpful but not required on day one
• German (C1) mandatory for the shopfloor and English sufficient for data, tickets, and the team
• A valid driving licence (Class B or equivalent valid in Germany)
• Readiness for shift work and for finishing a task from a short brief without being chased
