Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality standards, systems, and control processes to ensure consistent product and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications and industry standards.
- Partner with operations teams to implement effective quality controls and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure workflows, manufacturing processes, and products comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, performing root-cause analysis to identify underlying factors.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns and improve overall performance.
- Review technical specifications and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure products and processes consistently meet organizational, customer, and regulatory expectations.
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Typically 2-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
