Quality Designer- PC Player Experience & Live Operations

We are searching for our next team member at the EA Shanghai Studio to act as the primary quality advocate for our China PC gaming market. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, responsive, and authentic player experience for EA Sports FC. In this role, you will represent the voice of our Chinese PC players, evaluating everything from gameplay feel to regional networking conditions.

Your Responsibilities

·       Champion Our PC Experience: Playtest and evaluate pre-release builds to find and fix friction points across gameplay smoothness and UI.

·       Evaluate Regional Networking: Assess our real-world multiplayer connectivity feel under localized network routing conditions.

·       Assess Local PC Environments: Evaluate gameplay performance across hardware configurations typical of our regional market.

·       Bridge Feedback with Us: Translate regional player feedback into clear, actionable priority recommendations for our development teams.

Your Qualifications

·       PC Platform Expert: Deep personal familiarity with the PC gaming ecosystem, settings, and hardware.

·       5+ Years Experience: Strong background in Quality Assurance, UX Testing, or Game Evaluation.

·       Regional Insight: Solid understanding of Chinese gaming culture, player habits, and network dynamics.

·       Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin to collaborate with our global studios.

·       Preferred: Passion for competitive eSports and deep knowledge of EA Sports FC.
