品質暨可靠度_佈局技術員 / Quality and Reliability Layout Technician

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities

1. Layout Execution (佈局繪製與執行)

(1) 負責 IC 實體佈局（Layout）的繪製、修改與維護（主要 focus 在 Device-level testline 或 IP level）。

(2) 依照元件物理工程師或設計工程師的設計規範，進行佈局規劃與優化。

2. Physical Verification (物理驗證)

(1) 執行並排除 DRC（Design Rule Check）、LVS（Layout Versus Schematic）及 ERC 等物理驗證錯誤。

(2) 與研發團隊合作，協助解決驗證過程中遇到的技術問題。

3. Schedule & Progress Control (進度管控)

(1) 確實掌控並回報個人負責案件的 Layout 工作進度，確保專案能如期交付。

(2) 主動反應排程上的潛在風險或瓶頸。

4. EDA Tool Feedback & Optimization (工具回饋與改善)

(1) 在日常工作中使用 Layout 相關 EDA 工具，並針對工具的便利性、效率及潛在 Bug 提供具體回饋。

(2) 與內部 CAD/工具工程師緊密合作，提出優化建議，協助精進並改善團隊的 Layout 工作流程與工具效率。

Job Qualifications

Basic Requirements (基本條件):

1.Education (學歷):

(1)電子、電機、資訊、半導體或工程相關科系，大專/大學以上學歷（亦歡迎具備相關培訓背景之跨領域人才）。

2.Experience (工作經驗):

(1)具備 2+ 年 IC Layout 相關工作經驗。

3.Tool Skills (工具技能):

(1)熟悉主流 EDA Layout 工具（如 Cadence Virtuoso 等）之基本操作。

(2)具備看懂基礎 DRC/LVS error report 的能力。

(3)具備基本晶圓廠（Foundry）Design Rule 閱讀能力。

Preferred Qualifications (加分條件):

1. 曾接受過專業機構之 IC Layout 實務培訓課程，並有實作作品者佳。

2. 具備基本 Unix/Linux 系統操作與指令概念。

3. 具有溝通熱忱，能清晰描述工具使用上的痛點，並樂於與工具開發/CAD 工程師溝通。

Key Attributes (特質要求):

1. 細心與耐心： Layout 工作需要高度專注於細節與除錯（Debug）。

2. 主動積極： 遇到進度瓶頸或技術問題時，能主動回報並尋求協助。

3. 團隊協作： 具備良好的溝通能力，能與電路設計、CAD 工程師順暢協調。
