Purchasing Coordinator
Description

We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our high-performing team and play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly through timely and cost-effective procurement of parts, tools, and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the purchasing of commercial components for special projects, sales orders, inventory, and shop needs
- Support procurement of office supplies, health & safety materials, fasteners, and small tools
- Assist Mechanical and Electrical purchasing teams in sourcing high-quality commercial parts
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders in the ERP system
- Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and project schedules are met
- Issue and follow up on Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and organized filing systems
Requirements
- Purchasing, supply chain, or office administration experience
- Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- Strong proficiency with computer applications and ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results

Expected Compensation
- Associate Buyer - Planner - $48,400 - $72,600/annual salary
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
