Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 负责PSU、Power Shelf、Busbar等服务器核心供电部件的新供应商准入、工艺审核及质量体系评估，推动供应商质量能力持续提升。

2. 主导供应商制程审核，重点评估SMT、焊接、涂覆、老化测试、连接器装配、冲压折弯、表面处理等关键工艺的稳定性与可靠性。

3. 负责PFMEA、Control Plan、特殊特性等质量文件评审，识别并管控新器件、新工艺、新材料、新工装及新供应商等“五新”风险。

4. 组织关键产品与过程质量评审，覆盖电气性能、可靠性、热插拔、接触电阻、温升、安全保护及结构尺寸等核心质量指标。

5. 负责样品、试产及PPAP全流程质量管理，审核FAI及关键测试报告，建立封样标准并推动量产导入。

6. 推动试产及量产阶段质量问题闭环，主导根因分析与改善，明确设计问题与供应商制造问题的责任边界。

7. 负责IQC来料检验标准、OQC测试规范及MSA测量系统对齐，建立关键特性的检验与抽样方案。

8. 负责NPI阶段PCN变更管理，对关键器件、材料、工艺及供应商变更开展风险评估、验证与批准，确保变更受控实施。

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、电气、自动化、计算机相关专业优先。

2. 5年以上服务器部件质量管理或供应商质量管理经验，熟悉PSU、Power Shelf等产品的制造工艺及质量管控要求。

3. 熟悉供应商审核、APQP、PPAP、PFMEA、Control Plan、MSA等质量工具和方法。

4. 具备优秀的问题分析与推动能力，能够高效协同研发、供应链、制造及客户团队解决质量问题。

5. 熟练运用PFMEA、NUDD、DFX等质量管理工具，有六西格玛项目经验者优先。
