We’ll trust you to:
Provide a wide range of project management, administrative and operational support for the Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments;
Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and technologies into departmental workflows, sharing best practices and helping stakeholders adopt practical use cases to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate projects from planning through execution, including tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions;
Anticipate blockers, identify interdependencies, and escalate or help resolve issues as appropriate to maintain cross-functional project momentum;
Partner with stakeholders across the business to coordinate work, action deliverables, and support timely execution;
Identify and implement improvements to current operations and workflows through Legal, Compliance, and Risk to enhance efficiency;
Support a variety of workflows, for example: providing support in litigation and enforcement matters; gathering, organizing and analyzing data to address legal, compliance or risk matters (e.g., regulatory filings and submissions); conducting due diligence; creating, maintaining, and storing legal, compliance and risk documentation (e.g., database management, recordkeeping).
You’ll need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree;
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience coordinating or managing projects with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines;
Demonstrated project management and analytical skills, including experience tracking milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables;
A working knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with an eagerness to share best practices and help teams leverage them in day-to-day workflows;
Excellent judgment, discretion, communication skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet);
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and develop new skills.
We’d love to see:
Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, or Risk functions in a project management, project coordination, or operational role;
Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders;
Experience using AI or other technology to improve processes or workflows.

Salary Range = 75,000 - 95,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
