Responsibilities

As a Project Manager I within the Quality & Business Planning – Value Management Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic technology outcomes across multiple interconnected initiatives that collectively support organizational priorities and long-term business objectives.

You will collaborate with senior technology leaders, architects, engineering organizations, and business stakeholders to establish governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable value outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational influence, and technology delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution across multiple technology initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic business and technology objectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating models, delivery standards, and executive review processes that enable successful execution and transparency.
  • Translate organizational strategy into integrated roadmaps, measurable outcomes, implementation plans, and value realization approaches.
  • Manage interdependencies, resource optimization, delivery priorities, and organizational risks across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment discussions involving Engineering, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Finance, and Business organizations.
  • Drive benefit realization, adoption tracking, operational readiness, and outcome measurement to ensure sustained business value.
  • Anticipate organizational bottlenecks, technical constraints, and competing priorities while facilitating informed decision-making and trade-off discussions.
  • Leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve portfolio insights, governance reporting, forecasting, and executive decision support.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on delivery performance, strategic risks, investment outcomes, and organizational health indicators.

Qualifications

This is a mid-senior Level position and requires: -

  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience leading complex technology initiatives, transformations, integrations, modernization efforts, or strategic delivery portfolios.
  • Proven experience driving organizational alignment and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, enterprise technology delivery, cloud transformation, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience establishing governance models, operating structures, executive reporting, and delivery excellence frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in prioritization, benefit realization, and stakeholder leadership.
  • Advanced certifications such as Scrum, PMP®, PgMP®, SAFe®, or equivalent preferred.
