The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead international power distribution projects for some of the world's largest and most innovative data center operators. These projects are at the heart of the digital economy, providing the critical infrastructure that powers cloud services, AI, and future technologies. As you develop within the role, you will progressively take ownership of larger and more complex projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders across Europe.
The role combines strategic project leadership with practical execution. You will regularly travel to construction sites, factories, and supplier locations, giving you the opportunity to see projects come to life and build strong relationships across the value chain.
The Team
Based in The Hague, you will work closely with colleagues from sales, logistics, engineering, finance, purchasing, and execution to successfully deliver complex customer projects. You will join a team of 35 Project Managers in a dynamic and highly international environment, with more than 55 nationalities represented across the business unit.

Your responsibilities
Core:
- Manage scope, budget, planning, and project risks
- Coordinate international project teams and subcontractors
- Manage one or multiple complex High-Value Low & Medium Voltage power distribution projects end-to-end

- Act as the primary customer interface throughout the full project lifecycle
- Ensure technical quality and successful delivery of electrical solutions
- Lead key milestones such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full HSE compliance on site
- You'll work with advanced LV/MV power distribution technologies, including Sivacon busbar trunking systems, NXAIR/8DJH/NXPLUS C switchgears, modular e-houses and SIPROTEC protection systems.
- Unwavering focus on safety: Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence, particularly during site activities.
Job requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical or power distribution projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Industrial engineering, or similar
- Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of power distribution systems (LV/MV)
- Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Strong awareness of safety standards and HSE regulations
- PMP or IPMA certification
- VCA VOL or equivalent safety certification for International power distribution projects of varying size and complexity with average risk and operational leadership responsibilities.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally (~25%)
