Project Manager

You’ll create impact by:

• Lead end-to-end project execution from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams across electrification, automation, and digitalization solutions.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to achieve cost, quality, and timeline targets.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance with company project management standards and processes.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), quality, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Manage contract management, change order negotiations, claims management, and commercial performance.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, business growth, and long-term strategic relationships in the Smart Infrastructure market.

Your defining qualities:

• Language requirements: Native Vietnamese / Advanced English.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the same or similar position.
• Bachelor Degree in engineering and related field
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse business functions and management levels.
