Description and Requirements
Job responsibilities:
- A leadership role actively manages supporting functional groups, to ensure projects running success with a best-balanced delivery performance, in terms of customer value, cost, expense, and resources.
- The role will develop comprehensive plan from strategic view to deliver intelligent products and solutions to improve customer experience, initiate actions that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct execution of lenovo AI PC strategic initiatives, lead process transformation, simplification, and optimization to adopt to AI PC development and landing.
- Define AI project scope, create master plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in AI project management methodologies and lifecycle management, and strong leadership and team management skills, able to guide cross teams.
- Familiar with software engineering principles, development process and best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and their applications in various domains.
- Software AI Project management experience is preferred.
- Familiar with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices for building and releasing AI products.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating project performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Additional certifications in project management and AI are desirable.
