Our Supply site Tallinn Program Office is looking for a Project Manager. This is an opportunity for an independent leader with experience in large-scale manufacturing, industrialization, supply, or NPI to lead development, transfer, or maintenance projects across a range of hardware products and technologies.

To drive excellence as the NPI Supply Project Manager, you will provide project leadership, structure, and practical solutions for complex, cross-functional challenges involving engineering, manufacturing, and product industrialization.

What you will do:

Drive efficient projects: establish and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, and scorecard targets across quality, cost, time, delivery, and communication.
Lead cross-functional industrialization projects across design and production in global supply sites, coordinating representatives from multiple engineering disciplines and hardware-related specialists to deliver agreed milestones and outcomes.
Exercise people leadership by creating clarity, accountability, collaboration, and motivation across project teams, enabling a high-performing environment
Identify and mitigate risks effectively, assess the impact when a proposed solution is not feasible, and guide the team toward practical alternatives while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

The skills you bring:

•    Proven project management experience in a large-scale manufacturing, industrialization, or complex hardware and engineering environment.

• Demonstrated people management or people leadership skills, including the ability to turn engineering input into realistic timelines, priorities, and management-level decisions.
• The ability to translate management direction and high-level vision into clear actions, processes, and measurable deliverables that engineering teams can understand and execute.
• A strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes, milestones, dependencies, and the practical realities of delivering products at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor the message to the audience—from senior management to engineers, technical specialists, and operational teams.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to bring diverse engineering disciplines and hardware-related specialists together around a common outcome.
• You are an excellent storyteller who communicates clearly and factually in oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications, reports, and project updates.
• A holistic view of business objectives, product requirements, and project execution, combined with the attention to detail needed to manage complex work.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, continuously driving efficiency, positive change, and outstanding results.
• Higher education in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• High level proficiency in English is required.
