You’ll create impact by:

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead smart meter and grid software projects, ensuring strict adherence to Siemens PM processes for scope, cost, timeline, and quality.
• Strategic Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central liaison between Siemens HQ, factories, logistics, commercial teams, and external customers.
• Lifecycle & Technical Oversight: Manage project planning, technical specification analysis, and progress reporting from initiation through to completion.
• Business Development Support: Assist in the preparation of tender responses and identify opportunities for future product sales and growth.
• Technical Agility: Quickly master AMI and Smart Meter technologies while delivering results as both a collaborative team player and a focused individual contributor.

Your defining qualities:

• Technical Foundation: A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a solid understanding of basic electrical systems and the Malaysian utility market landscape.
• Project Leadership: Proven project management experience, proficient in MS Project, and the assertiveness to keep deliverables on track across global, cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to diverse stakeholders.
• Rapid Technical Learning: A proactive learner capable of mastering AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) systems end-to-end and staying current with emerging technologies.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong initiative to resolve ambiguity and manage project risks by seeking expert guidance and applying analytical thinking to on-the-job challenges.
