With 80 000+ Superchargers, Tesla owns and operates the largest global, fast charging network in the world. Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep our customers charged when they are away from home. Tesla is the only charging network with a vertical integration - producing charging hardware, making its own software and building and maintaining own network. 
As we continue expansion of our charging infrastructure continues, we are looking for a Project Developer to develop the Supercharging network by finding and signing the best locations within mainly Sweden – also available to support in other parts of the Nordic Charging Team. In your day-to-day activities you will work on market research, prospecting potential site hosts, working with existing site host partners, pitching our proposition, negotiating and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Study market demand and build data‑driven proposals to locate and secure the best Supercharger sites, matching them to customer groups, service options and future scalability
  • Use Tesla’s extensive data sets and analytical tools to spot high‑potential locations and convert those insights into concrete site opportunities
  • Help deploy advanced components that support Supercharging and the broader Tesla ecosystem, influencing the evolution of the global charging network and the wider transport‑energy system
  • Present straightforward, compelling proposals to potential hosts and forge long‑term partnerships that broaden our reach
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional groups, especially those handling site construction and installation, to move the charging ecosystem forward
  • Lead the development of new charging offerings that keep Tesla ahead in e‑mobility and renewable energy
  • Follow up with current hosts and partners, strengthening collaborations to drive network growth and mutual success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a commercial or stakeholder management based role
  • Entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset with ability to identify and act on opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility and a passion to learn 
  • Willing and able to travel an average of 1-2 days per week including overnight stays. Travel will be self planned and managed by the employee for flexibility purposes.
  • Valid Driver's License  
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
