The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of signage, environmental graphics, wayfinding, and workplace branding projects across multiple sites. This role works closely with designers, internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional partners to help ensure projects progress efficiently from initial request through production and installation. This role enables designers and team leadership to remain focused on design quality, technical execution, and strategic project decisions while ensuring administrative and logistical details are organized and moving forward. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate signage, environmental graphics, wayfinding, and workplace branding projects from design handoff through production and installation
  • Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestones, and installation target dates across multiple concurrent projects and sites
  • Collaborate with designers to understand project scope, specifications, quantities, site requirements, and production needs
  • Request and track vendor estimates, proposals, proofs, samples, production timelines, and installation dates
  • Support procurement activities including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quote documentation, invoice coordination, and budget tracking
  • Monitor PR/PO status and communicate procurement impacts on project timelines to stakeholders
  • Coordinate vendor site walks, deliveries, installation access, and other site logistics in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design project coordination, project administration, signage, graphics production, print production, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, schedules, and project documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional follow-up abilities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and timelines may shift
  • Strong attention to detail, including identifying missing information, dependencies, and scheduling risks
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools and standard business productivity software

      $20.20 - $48.72/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
