This role sits at the intersection of readiness management, execution governance, and stakeholder communications — ensuring the program operates with clarity, pace, and accountability at every level.

In addition, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile, cross-functional compliance programs that span multiple Apple organizations and carry strict regulatory deadlines.

- • Proactively identify gaps in readiness across cross-functional teams and drive resolution before they become critical path risks.
- • Coordinate cross-functional execution of data privacy initiatives, efficiently translating regulatory changes into actionable system and process requirements that teams can execute against.
- • Maintain tight governance over scope, timeline, and dependencies — ensuring all compliance and privacy decisions are owned and approved by the Legal/Privacy team.
- • Step into critical program delivery roles under pressure when needed to assure continuity and on-time execution of high-visibility compliance programs.
- Communications & Reporting
- • Own the program communications infrastructure — including weekly status reports, executive dashboards, and stakeholder updates — ensuring consistent, accurate, and leadership-ready messaging at every cadence.
- • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for program status, risks, and decisions, giving leadership real-time visibility into program health.
- • Drive consistent messaging across all workstreams and stakeholder audiences, ensuring alignment from working teams through to executive leadership.
- • Highlight critical issues, exceptions, and escalations in a timely manner with clear context and recommended actions.
- • Author and distribute recurring reporting deliverables that are concise, executive-ready, and decision-enabling.
- Shared PMO Responsibilities
- • Support the standards, tools, and frameworks by which the BPR program management community completes its work.
- • Contribute to portfolio-level reporting and cross-program impact assessments.
- • Run elements of the program management system that keeps teams aligned and communicating effectively.
