Program Manager, Service Recognition
Description
At Tesla, talent is the foundation of how Service delivers. Tesla is seeking a Program Manager to own employee recognition for North America Service — the programs, events, and communications that make high performance visible across the Service organization. You will turn recognition from a collection of one-off moments into a durable system run at scale.
This is a dedicated, high-impact role focused on strengthening engagement and retention, reinforcing the behaviors Service needs, and gives technicians and advisors a clear line of sight to how their work is valued. This role will partner with Service leadership, the field, and enterprise teams to deliver awards, events, and communications that hold up at Tesla speed.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Service recognition programs across North America, so celebration of performance is consistent rather than dependent on any one operator
- Plan and deliver recognition events and on-site experiences that put high performers in front of leadership and peers, building pride in the work and a reason for top talent to stay
- Manage program calendars, budgets, vendors, and award fulfillment so programs ship on time and hold up under field volume
- Create and deploy field-facing communications that make recognition visible in service centers, not only at headquarters
- Measure participation, reach, and impact, and use data and field feedback to retire what does not work and scale what does
- Partner with Service, People, and Finance to remove blockers, protect program integrity, and keep recognition aligned to Service operating goals
- Travel up to 25% to support events, observe programs in the field, and keep a direct line to the teams these programs are built for
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or employee events in a customer-facing or field organization, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering programs to a calendar and budget with measurable results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage frontline teams and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable using data to identify patterns and turn insights into action; Excel proficiency required
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who builds relationships and drives alignment across headquarters and field teams
