Program Manager, Security, Emergency Services and Global Standards
The Program Manager II serves as an individual contributor within the Protective Services (PS) Business Operations team, who will work across the organization's existing programs to support projects that meet changing customer needs and evolving business requirements. This role reports to the PS BizOps Manager and is responsible for evaluating current services, identifying gaps, and recommending whether new services should be offered as part of the changing environment and centralization of BizOps teams. This role requires operational acumen, strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work across multiple programs simultaneously.

Key job responsibilities
- Work across existing BizOps programs to support projects that address changing customer needs and business priorities
- Evaluate current-state services and identify gaps, recommending whether new services should be introduced as the organization centralizes
- Partner closely with the internal team and BizOps manager to translate long-term initiatives into actionable workflows, while providing ground-level insights that inform strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Assist with contract coordination and statement of work (SOW) support
- Assist with purchase order management as needed
- Support the development of frameworks, documentation, and best practices that can scale across teams
- Contribute to operational planning inputs and support leadership meetings
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between departments

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
