Transportation Execution team is seeking a motivated Program Manager to support
and execute programs that improve our fulfillment and transportation network. This
role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability
to translate defined objectives into structured, trackable execution plans. The

clearly under ambiguity, and takes ownership of program delivery within a defined
scope.
Key job responsibilities
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage end-to-end execution of programs that improve the fulfillment and
transportation network, ensuring tasks, timelines, and dependencies are tracked
and actioned.
* Coordinate between regional configuration teams and stakeholders to support the
adoption of new configuration models and feature improvements.
* Support prioritisation of feature enhancement requests from business teams by
gathering requirements, documenting trade-offs, and escalating decisions to
senior team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help standardise core configuration
elements that support network growth and scalability.
* Contribute to OP planning processes by collecting inputs, tracking deliverables,
and maintaining alignment with team priorities.
* Drive process improvement initiatives, best practice documentation, and
standardisation efforts within regional configuration teams.
* Own program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking for assigned initiatives;
proactively surface risks and flag blockers to senior stakeholders.
* Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to immediate
stakeholders and team leads, ensuring nothing falls through the gaps.
* Build working knowledge of the team's technical domain to support
problem-scoping discussions and translate business needs into structured action
plans.
About the team
ROW Transportation Execution is responsible for managing and optimizing
network-wide transportation configurations across India, Japan, and ECCF (Emerging
Country Customer Fulfillment) regions. The team plays a key role in ensuring
seamless transportation operations by owning ATROPS configurations and other
transportation system settings, including first-mile, middle-mile, last-mile and
manifest/label configurations. We drive carrier on-boarding efforts, supporting
new carrier launches and program expansions. We act as the interface for new
feature launches and system enhancements related to ATROPS and ShipTech,
collaborating with local business teams and WW tech teams. With a strong focus on
standardization, automation, and self-service capabilities, we continuously improve
the quality and speed of configurations while enhancing carrier on-boarding
processes. Our team actively explores new opportunities in system and configuration
support, enabling end-to-end transportation workflows that drive efficiency and
scalability across the network.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
