Program Manager, Maintenance, WW PhySec Maintenance & Sustainability

To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our Worldwide (WW) Physical Security (PhySec) Maintenance & Sustainability team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will support physical security maintenance projects and programs across India and WW, contributing to our global mission of protecting Amazon's infrastructure worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager in the PhySec Maintenance, you'll contribute to Security & Loss Prevention efforts by supporting the preventive and corrective maintenance of physical security systems across India and WW, excluding corporate offices and third-party sites. Your role involves coordinating operational, cost-effective projects that enhance preventive measures, intervention capabilities, and incident investigation, reducing losses and mitigating risks. You'll track compliance with physical security and regulatory standards, coordinate with MSPs, manage schedules, and support project deliverables. You'll contribute to sustainability within your team.

Security & Loss Prevention (S&LP) ensures end-to-end security in the Amazon supply chain. The WW Physical Security Maintenance & Sustainability (M&S) team maximizes Physical Security Infrastructure uptime across all Amazon facilities under Worldwide Operations Security scope, managing security assets across their full lifecycle. We deliver planned preventive and corrective maintenance, operate equipment and repair hubs for device repurposing and refurbishment, and deploy rapid temporary solutions to mitigate risk during launches or incidents. Working with maintenance service providers globally, we drive cost-effective, compliant, and scalable support that enhances S&LP performance and operational continuity.
Key job responsibilities
- Support operational physical security preventative and corrective maintenance projects and programs across India and WW
- Support equipment and repair hubs, asset lifecycle management processes, and rapid deployment solutions
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., field security and loss prevention, operations, IT) and external maintenance services providers (MSPs) to deliver on project and program goals
- Maintain accurate reporting on maintenance performance, SLA adherence, and vendor delivery
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost effectiveness and process improvement
- Contribute to value engineering efforts, standards updates, and task automation to drive continuous improvement
- Support sustainability initiatives within the team and region, promoting long-term operational efficiency and resource optimization

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
