Program Manager III, AI/ML Data Analytics, Search

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Improve the Search experience and usability for users by optimizing the end-to-end user journey through trend detection, rapid bug resolution, manual QA, accessibility testing, and user feedback analysis.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overarching program strategy for Search user feedback. Translate ambiguous feedback data into clear, measurable objectives, driving the end-to-end program lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch environments.
- Architect and run a centralized product health ecosystem that provides a single, actionable view of user feedback signals for feature teams and leadership. Use this view to drive consistent improvements across First-Party (1P) and pre-launch features.
- Partner closely with Operations to build scalable automation including anomaly detection and alert logic to ensure rapid triage, routing, and resolution of emerging issues.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Experience in Generative AI.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in user feedback.
