At Apple, we believe meaningful impact starts with the communities where we live and work. The Greater China MDO is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Apple’s Community Investment (Giving) portfolio.

This role serves as the program owner, responsible for shaping and driving a portfolio of giving initiatives—from new program incubation to scaled execution—ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable impact both externally and internally.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, program leadership, and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Program Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Own and lead the overall Community Investment (Giving) program portfolio in Greater China
- Shape and drive newly launched giving initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term impact goals
- Define program roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Program Governance & Execution Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timeline adherence, and budget discipline
- Establish scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms to support a growing portfolio
- Anticipate risks and proactively drive solutions across projects
- Stakeholder & Partner Leadership
- Serve as the primary interface with WW Giving teams and key internal stakeholders (e.g., GA, PR, DR, Volunteer teams, Product teams)
- Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners and NGOs, including contract oversight and performance management
- Ensure strong alignment and communication across all stakeholders
- Impact, Communications & Reporting
- Drive program-level reporting, insights, and storytelling to articulate impact
- Oversee development of internal communications (e.g., giving newsletters, leadership updates, program summaries)
- Conduct post-program reviews and continuously improve program effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in CSR, Corporate Giving, or related fields, ideally within multinational organizations
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-project programs from strategy through execution
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional audiences
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy
- Experience building or scaling programs in evolving environments
- Background in operations, business management, or corporate communications is a plus
