Program Manager, Canada Hub Delivery, Canada Hub Delivery
Amazon's Canada Hub Delivery team is expanding its partner network, and we need a collaborative, detail-oriented Program Manager to help us scale. In this role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and vetting process for new Hub Delivery partners, working directly alongside the Business Development Manager to ensure every partner is set up for success. As our partner count grows, you will play a critical part in reducing onboarding cycle times, coordinating partner rescue coverage when delivery gaps arise, and keeping our delivery network running smoothly. If you enjoy building efficient processes, working cross-functionally, and making a tangible impact on customers and communities, this is the role for you.
Key job responsibilities
Your primary focus is keeping the partner onboarding pipeline moving efficiently. You will review Salesforce dashboards to track vetting progress and flag any pending items or escalations. You will connect with Hub Partners to guide them through documentation requirements, then align with the Business Development Manager on upcoming launches and priorities. When delivery gaps occur, you will coordinate rescue coverage with operations teams to maintain service levels. You will also analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements for the next wave of partners entering the network.
