Program Manager 4

We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Oracle Operations organization. This individual will lead complex, cross-organizational programs that improve operational effectiveness, enable product strategy, and strengthen relationships with key vendors and partners.

The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, product-management acumen, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. They will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating strategic priorities into executable plans, and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-organizational programs across Oracle Operations, engineering, product management, support, security, finance, procurement, and external partners.
• Define program strategy, scope, milestones, success measures, dependencies, and governance for complex initiatives.
• Partner with product management and engineering leaders to shape requirements, prioritize work, develop roadmaps, and drive delivery of operational and customer-focused capabilities.
• Establish clear communication, decision-making, and escalation mechanisms across stakeholder groups and executive leadership.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies; drive timely resolution and appropriate tradeoff decisions.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, status reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready updates that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and business impact.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, including operational performance, commitments, governance cadences, service delivery, and escalation paths.
• Partner with procurement, legal, finance, and technical teams on vendor planning, contract-related activities, performance reviews, and renewal readiness, as applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in Oracle Operations processes, tools, delivery practices, and operational metrics.
• Foster strong collaboration across global teams, ensuring programs remain aligned with customer needs, organizational goals, and operational priorities.
