Program Management Director

Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of functional business process requirements supporting global partner programs and partner strategy.

Responsibilities

Assists with the creation and execution of the support and implementation strategy roadmap for functional Partner Programs.  Manages teams that maintain and implement functional Partner Program framework; Creates an inclusive, engaging, and motivating work environment.  Role models company values.  Develops short and medium-term plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve strategic objectives and results. Selects, develops, and evaluates Managers and/or Individual Contributors within Global Partner Program Management to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Works closely with functional and systems partners to develop effective functional and operational models for effectively scoping and rolling out enhancements and changes related to the global partner program connecting Oracle partner strategy with the partner experience.  Leads the execution of programs with rigor and precision. Develops new methods and tools to drive the repeatable realization of program goals.  Contributes to the development of, and alignment to, change-management strategies by identifying key stakeholders, approaches, and communication plans for implementation of new processes, technology, and tools.  Ensures timely and high-quality delivery across all programs to drive attainment of goals.  Guides design and direction of the program components, while aiming at scalability and global reach. Drives customer-focused implementation by planning and designing improvements based upon customer feedback.  Partners across the business and functional teams to understand needs and develop capabilities that drive success for the broader team.  Performs other duties as assigned.
