Production Planner
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Revenue Goals – Develop and execute production schedules to support revenue targets and customer commitments.
- Delivery Performance Management – Monitor and improve customer OTD (On-Time Delivery) and supplier OTD performance against FCD requirements. Manage cycle time, B2B transactions, raw material inventory, EOQ execution, and delinquency recovery activities.
- Subcontractor Management – Oversee production order releases, backlog fulfillment, WIP movement, and output performance. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on abnormal lot disposition, capacity planning, and supplier performance management.
- Planning Systems and Process Management – Conduct PPGI and BOP reviews, manage aging and past-due production rescheduling in SAP, and maintain FSD/CRD reason codes. Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Business Units, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of dual-sourcing strategies. Support NPI activities, including AER and PPR builds, and ensure on-time delivery of customer samples to secure new business opportunities.
- Cost and inventory control - Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to achieve inventory targets, reduce excess and aging inventory, support overall cost reduction objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain and other related courses
- 2 to 5 years’ working experience in Semiconductor Planning and Supply Chain Management
- SAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are excellent
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
