About the Role
Solution QA는 FuriosaAI의 NPU 제품과 이를 구동하는 소프트웨어가 개발 환경, 생산 현장과 고객 시스템에서 요구하는 품질을 충족하는지 검증하는 팀입니다. NPU 보드와 시스템 하드웨어부터 Firmware, Driver, Runtime, SDK와 모델 추론 솔루션까지 검증 범위를 연결하고, 기능·성능·전력·안정성·호환성과 제조 신뢰성을 함께 살펴봅니다.
NPU 제품의 양산 운영을 지원하고 생산에 필요한 프로그램을 개발·유지보수하는 직무입니다. 생산 현장에서 시험과 제품 처리가 계획대로 수행되도록 환경과 프로그램을 관리하고, 생산 및 시험 데이터를 분석하여 반복되는 오류와 비효율을 개선합니다. 생산 프로그램의 실제 적용과 운영 안정성까지 책임지는 역할로, 제조 협력사와 사내 품질·개발 조직 사이에서 기술적인 문제 해결을 지원합니다.

Minimum Qualifications
- 시스템 운영, 데이터 분석 또는 프로세스 개선 관련 실무 경험 3~5년을 보유한 분
- 생산 또는 시험 흐름을 이해하고 기존 시스템을 안정적으로 운영하며 문제를 분석할 수 있는 분
- Python 또는 Bash로 생산 운영에 필요한 프로그램·스크립트를 작성·수정하고 유지보수할 수 있는 분
- Linux 환경에서 파일, 로그, 프로세스와 실행 상태를 확인하고 시험 오류를 조사할 수 있는 분
- 데이터를 수집·검증하고 수율·불량률·시험 결과의 변화를 근거로 원인과 개선 방향을 설명할 수 있는 분
- 프로그램의 변경·적용 이력과 실행 조건을 관리하고 운영 가이드 및 장애 대응 내용을 작성할 수 있는 분
- 제조 협력사 및 사내 유관 부서와 운영 문제를 명확하게 공유하고 해결할 수 있는 분
Preferred Qualifications
- 반도체, 서버 또는 하드웨어 제품의 양산 운영 및 기술 지원 경험
- 생산 관리, 생산 기술, 품질 관리 또는 테스트 운영 경험
- 생산 관리 시스템, Linux 기반 시험 환경과 자동화 시스템의 개발·운영 경험
- SQL과 데이터베이스를 활용한 생산 데이터 조회·분석 경험
- 생산 수율과 불량 데이터를 분석하여 공정·시험·운영 절차를 개선한 경험
- 생산 프로그램의 배포, 버전 관리, 오류 처리와 복구 절차를 운영한 경험
