Main Responsibilities
- Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders;
- Manage the backlog;
- Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals;
- Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature;
- Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities;
- Take full ownership of one product line.
Core Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Product Owner in a tech company;
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment;
- Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment;
- A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions;
- Regular usage of AI tools, building agents or agentic workflows;
- Work on a subscription-based B2C product is a plus;
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience is a plus.
