The Lenovo Global Future Leaders Program is a highly selective program designed to develop Lenovo's next generation of business and technology leaders. Created for exceptional graduates, the program provides accelerated development opportunities for individuals ready to grow their careers and make an impact at one of the world's leading technology companies.

As a Global Future Leader, you'll gain hands-on experience through challenging assignments and rotational opportunities across Lenovo. In This Global Future Leader Role, You will act as a: Product Marketing Specialist, Services Portfolio

Role Overview
Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group as an Associate Product Marketing Specialist supporting our Services Portfolio. In this early-career role, you will work with offering, marketing, sales, and global teams to translate Lenovo’s services capabilities into compelling customer value, support new offering launches, and develop the content and insights that enable our sellers and customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development of positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing narratives for Lenovo Services.
  • Assist with the launch and ongoing marketing of new and existing offerings, coordinating activities across marketing, offering, and sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, presentations, web content, and other marketing assets.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging AI technologies and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Support thought leadership, campaigns, and marketing programs that build awareness and demand for Lenovo Services.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders, including offering management, sales, Geo marketing, communications, and other Lenovo teams.
  • Track project activities, marketing performance, and stakeholder feedback to help continuously improve programs and content.

Job Requirements: Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant professional experience, including internships or early-career roles in marketing, technology, consulting, or related areas.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong curiosity about AI, technology, customer needs, and emerging market trends, with a demonstrated willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Internship, coursework, or experience in product marketing, B2B technology, or AI.
  • Experience developing presentations, marketing content, research, or customer-facing materials.
  • Basic understanding of market research, competitive analysis, or data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.

GLF Program Requirements

  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
  • Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%)
