Product Manager, Print as a Service
HP has committed to a strategic pivot to a “service-first” approach to products/solutions with the aim of delivering higher customer value in novel ways. Our Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) organization is charged with creating, incubating, delivering, and managing innovative new service businesses and business models.
As a product leader in CSS, you will spearhead the development and delivery of print-as-a-service, transforming the way consumers and small businesses utilize print and fundamentally changing the relationships they have with HP. You will orchestrate the discovery and socialization of market requirements, drive the development of the service and its extensions, and be accountable for their market success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through launch, scale, and optimization
- Drive deep customer understanding through research, analytics, and direct engagement
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations for new products and services
- Partner with cross-functional team members toward the successful realization of the vision. Includes R&D, Design, Marketing, Region, Ops, Channel Partners, Legal, Finance, IT, retail partners, and others
- Maintain a relentless focus on customer experience, leveraging data-based decision making through partnerships with web analytics, business intelligence, and market research teams
- Own and track key business outcomes, including customer adoption, engagement, retention, revenue growth, and profitability
- Champion experimentation and continuous learning, leveraging AI and modern software practices to accelerate innovation
- Quickly learn unfamiliar domains and convert complex information into actionable decisions
- Quickly learn unfamiliar domains and synthesize complex technical, customer, and business inputs into actionable decisions
Knowledge, Experience, and Education Required
- Experience in product management, strategy, business operations, consulting, entrepreneurship, or related disciplines. Equivalent experience considered. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable results
- Experience building customer-facing products, services, or business initiatives. Experience working across multiple disciplines, technologies, and stakeholder groups is highly valued
- Demonstrated success driving products, services, or business initiatives that delivered measurable customer and business outcomes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- BA or BS required. MBA preferred
- We value intellectual curiosity, learning agility, sound judgment, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results as much as prior experience in any specific product domain
The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
