Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Act as the key interface between the Product Line and cross-functional teams to align demand planning activities and strategic initiatives
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify demand patterns, risks and opportunities
- Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvements through best practices
- Provide regular read outs to senior management and executive leadership
- Support the development and execution of product and production strategies including optimization programs, product transfers, and discontinuation processesManage and maintain master data for Medium Voltage MOSFET products
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A university degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on data-driven decision-making and technical proficiency
- 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on planning, pricing and a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in Tableau, MS Excel, and PowerPoint and a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Technical acumen in semiconductors, particularly power electronics, combined with a strong affinity for project management, digitalization, and market trends
- Excellent
English communication skills, with
the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business strategies
effectively; German
is a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
