Description

Drive AI enablement and adoption strategy across Apple Services, translating emerging AI trends, business needs, and best practices into scalable programs, frameworks, and experiences that accelerate responsible AI adoption. Partner across functions to shape AI investments, learning and enablement programs, governance approaches, and executive recommendations that turn AI experimentation into sustainable organizational capability and impact.

Responsibilities

• - Strategy & Benchmarking: Research AI adoption trends, workforce enablement models, governance practices, and impact measurement approaches across leading organizations; translate insights into recommendations that inform Apple Services’ AI strategy.
• - Investment Framework: Develop and evolve a structured decision framework for evaluating - - AI tools, pilots, and enablement investments, balancing business value, innovation, scalability, risk, and responsible AI considerations.
• - AI Enablement & Academy: Design and scale the AI Academy and broader learning ecosystem, including learning paths, hands-on experiences, ambassador programs, and skill development tailored to Apple Services.
• - AI Adoption & Fluency: Build on existing AI fluency programs and identify opportunities to expand, improve, and scale learning experiences that increase confidence, capability, and sustained adoption.
• - Program & Product Development: Translate insights and stakeholder needs into scalable frameworks, program models, and experiences that address adoption barriers and enable teams to move from experimentation to meaningful application.
• - Governance & Responsible Adoption: Partner across technical, business, and governance functions to embed responsible AI practices into enablement programs, investment decisions, and adoption strategies.
• - Executive Storytelling & Recommendations: Synthesize complex research, data, and cross-functional insights into concise executive presentations, strategy documents, decision frameworks, and actionable recommendations.
• - Technical & Strategic Partnership: Serve as a bridge between AI technology, enablement, governance, and business adoption, bringing sufficient technical fluency to assess opportunities, challenge assumptions, and translate technical concepts into practical strategies without requiring dedicated external subject-matter expertise.
• - Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Establish approaches to assess program effectiveness, adoption, and impact; use insights to continuously refine AI enablement strategies and prioritize future investments.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 9 years of relevant experience and an MBA degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Apple ecosystem
