Overview

Are you a Production Manager who thrives presenting the customers to data processing?  Are you excited to design a data production processing PiB level data every day? Are you passionate about using artificial intelligence tools and practices in your daily work?

The Data and Insight team in Search Foundation organization leverages open-source technology to process our petabyte scale data of Bing and MSN logs and provide comprehensive insight into experiments. The team also supports the grounding business with Realtime signals and insight information and protects the Bing search through offline bot protection analysis and model training.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.


Responsibilities
  • You represent the customer to the team and drive the product strategy and investment decision.
  • You make data driven analysis and present to the leadership team.
  • You solve ambiguous and self-drive to find the path for the team.
  • You align priority and strategy across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • You propose the tasks.
  • You work closely with engineer and data scientist team to deliver result and announce the achievement and customer impact.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience as Product manager, leading product feature release in software development area with across team collaboration.
  • Understand the tech architecture and large-scale system.
  • Experience to build and use Agent solution to improve the productivity.
  • Demonstrate solid strategy thinking, document writing and data analysis skills to drive in-team, across-team, leadership communications.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and maintaining a growth-mindset to make decisions and drive progress with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team player with a record of sharing and scaling knowledge – either internally or externally – through documentation, presentations, videos, code samples, accelerators, etc.
  • Has experience on large data process or telemetry to collect signals.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
