Working across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, you will help ensure that innovative capabilities become successful solutions that create meaningful business outcomes for financial institutions.

Our ideal candidate is passionate, has a dynamic and engaging personality, possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

About the team:

You’ll support our Regional Cores business line working with an experienced, collaborative group that connects product innovation with client and market success.  This team drives forward all facets of FIS’ industry-leading Integrated Banking Solution (IBS) – a core banking ecosystem that powers regional and community banks throughout the U.S.

  • Build compelling stories that translate complex technologies into clear client value.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Success teams to drive adoption and growth.
  • Support executive client engagements, advisory boards, user groups, strategic opportunities, and key industry events.
  • Drive sales enablement, client education, RFP support, and market positioning activities.

What you bring:

  • Experience in product enablement, product management, product marketing, strategy, commercialization, consulting, client success, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI, CRM, or financial technology solutions.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Financial services, banking, fintech, or enterprise software experience preferred.
