The Product Data Management (PDM) Analyst is responsible for product data configuration analysis and coordination with cross-functional teams to manage Change Orders/Requests in Agile and SAP to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining change management. This role builds and implements Bill of Materials (BOM) including change management process improvements to support R&D, supply chain, and 
Nokia quality requirements. The analyst supports product data integrity initiatives and workflow optimization from concept through implementation.

As a product master data steward for BOM configuration, you will partner closely with data owners. You are accountable for tracking metrics, improving data quality, and driving the adoption of master data and business processes in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

You are a driven individual with demonstrated experience in fast-paced organizations. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills, alongside strong analytical, consultative, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

You have:

  • PDM & Configuration Expertise: Extensive experience with Product Data Management (PDM), complex Bill of Materials (BOM) Configuration Management, data governance, and change order analysis/coordination within a fast-paced environment. 
  • Technical Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of BOM management technologies, industry standards, and best practices. Highly proficient in Agile PLM, with Agile Admin and experience in SAP and Enovia considered a major plus. 
  • Process & Documentation: Strong ability to develop systems and business processes, with a solid familiarity with manufacturing processes and documentation procedures. 
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Demonstrated capability to utilize Agile advanced search, import/export tools, and reporting functionality to maintain product data integrity. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record of working collaboratively across cross functional teams and managing competing priorities. 
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 -5 years of directly related experience. 
  • Software Proficiency: Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. 

Responsibilities

The PDM Analyst drives NPI and sustaining change management in Agile and SAP. This role  partners closely with cross-functional product development teams, manufacturing  engineering, supply chain management, finance, and service organizations.

  • Change Management & BOM Accuracy: Document and manage change  orders/requests in Agile/SAP to ensure BOM accuracy for the timely review, release, 
    and implementation of assemblies, parts, documents, and BOMs for NPI and sustaining engineering. Comprehensive knowledge of BOM configuration and interchangeability requirements is required. Ensure product data is correct, current, complete, consistent, and fully traceable to meet corporate ERP system requirements.
  • Process Documentation & Optimization: Document, maintain, and update PDM business processes used for BOM release, approval, and lifecycle management. Ensure efficient utilization of PDM processes within Agile/SAP to provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Facilitate the Agile/SAP product data integrity program by running advanced searches and data quality reports. Coordinate content validation with cross-functional data owners to resolve discrepancies.
