In this role, you will support the review, organization, and ongoing maintenance of vendor, customer, and partner contracts. You will collect and maintain supporting documentation, such as vendor forms and insurance certificates, ensuring records remain current and organized. You will also serve as a point of contact for routine internal and vendor contract inquiries while supporting contract updates, renewals, and revisions as you become familiar with team processes.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate contract records, key dates, and status updates within internal systems. This includes monitoring contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines, as well as preparing routine contract summaries and status reports for management. You will also provide administrative and problem-solving support by assisting with billing reviews, verifying invoices against contract terms, and researching payment or vendor discrepancies. Working closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, you will help resolve issues and support the successful execution of contract-related activities. The role also requires handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion while contributing to team projects and day-to-day administrative needs.

Successful candidates are motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You possess excellent attention to detail and can identify missing signatures, incorrect dates, or incomplete documentation that others might overlook. Reliability, organization, and follow-through are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization. If you enjoy solving problems, asking questions, and supporting a team-focused environment, this opportunity offers an excellent chance to build your career in procurement and contract administration.
