YOUR ROLE
The metrology process operations engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing metrology processes in a manufacturing environment. The engineer ensures accurate measurement and calibration of metrology equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Create new product recipes for thickness and CD
- Develop Metrology tool crisis plans
- Collaborate with Production, Process and Equipment owners to develop tool downtime mitigation plans
- Manage a team of Metrology technicians
- Support and follow-up on activities related to capacity, production moves, and cycle time & out-put
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field or Diploma with 5 years of working experience in relevant field
- Experience in metrology process operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of measurement systems, calibration techniques, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
