Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Probe Card Engineer to support probe card design, maintenance, troubleshooting, traceability, and continuous improvement activities. This role also plays an important part in project support, documentation control, workplace housekeeping, training of new hires, and ensuring full compliance with safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot probe cards to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support repair and recovery activities to maximize probe card reliability and lifespan.
  • Perform traceability checks and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Operate PRVX analyzers, high-vision microscopes, and related inspection equipment.
  • Interpret and work effectively with circuit schematic diagrams.
  • Support both offline and online cleaning processes.
  • Monitor probe card wear, condition, and usage to support productivity and quality targets.
  • Assist in production readiness activities and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical support projects.
  • Maintain strong 5S workplace discipline and housekeeping standards.
  • Train and support new team members to ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational requirements.

Skill and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of probe card design, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of circuit schematics and technical drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with PRVX analyzers, high-vision microscopes, and similar tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent documentation and traceability discipline.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
