Our focus is to ensure individuals are never surprised by the personal data we collect, process and share. Everything we do is based on that focus. This leader acts as a privacy subject matter expert and works with legal and technology to ensure customer trust and privacy is factored into all decisions.

- Support privacy awareness, communications and content creation for Ops Privacy Services.
- Support the overall development and maturation of the Ops Privacy Services Program.
- Support holistic privacy reviews for new and existing applications in Ops
- Support AI compliance review activities, including intake assessments and use case evaluations for AI-enabled applications across Ops.
- Maintain an understanding of privacy regulatory and industry developments.
- Perform operational deep dives on privacy-related processes and systems.
- Identify, gather, track, and report metrics.
- Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and familiarity with emerging AI regulation
- Knowledge of DSR and its related laws or procedure
- Knowledge of DPDP Act
- IAPP and CIPM Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting privacy reviews
- Experience developing and maintaining privacy documentation and processes including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
- 1+ years leading projects with tight deadlines that involve the use of automated and manual systems and supporting internal customers across the globe
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working on multi-team, cross-disciplinary projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
