Principle System Engineer - Automotive MCU
Responsibilties:
- Lead platform software architecture, development, and system integration across AUTOSAR, embedded software, automotive networking, and MCU platforms, while driving customer engagements and solution adoption.
- Serve as the technical expert for platform software and embedded systems, leading technical decisions and resolving complex software, hardware, and integration challenges.
- Support customers across Greater China on system integration, architecture definition, debugging, and technical issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of AUTOSAR Classic Platform experience, with deep expertise in Vector AUTOSAR stack, OS, BSW, MCAL, and system integration. Deep knowledge of non-AUTOSAR RTOS and automotive Ethernet technologies (e.g. TSN, AVB/AVTP) is a plus.
- Deep expertise in embedded software, MCU architecture, and AUTOSAR integration, with a strong track record of solving complex system-level challenges across software, hardware, and platform boundaries.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in defining platform architecture, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and leading cross-functional problem solving.
