Key job responsibilities

Drive alignment at VP and SVP levels on parity goals, trade-offs, and investment priorities. Represent the measurement parity agenda in org-level planning (OP1/OP2).
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish and maintain parity scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide transparency into coverage status, progress, and blockers across all dimensions.
- Technical Depth: Develop deep understanding of measurement methodologies (attribution, incrementality, brand lift, reach & frequency), instrumentation pipelines, and data infrastructure to effectively identify dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.
- Customer Obsession: Advocate for advertiser needs by ensuring measurement capabilities are consistent regardless of how or where they engage with Amazon Advertising.
