Join Siemens Digital Industries Software’s growing and fast paced Strategic Planning team transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and influencing executive level decisions. We're looking for someone who can not only execute deep dive analyses with minimal oversight but also proactively connect the dots, anticipate needs, and articulate a compelling strategic narrative.

What will you do:

This is a senior individual contributor role that crafts meaningful analysis on diverse strategic topics. In this role you will conduct comprehensive research and rigorous analysis synthesizing both internal and external data to uncover critical insights that advise our strategy.

Essential Functions:

  • Transform complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and impactful executive-level communications. Develop compelling storylines and presentations that facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Articulate complex strategic recommendations, insights, and visions clearly and persuasively through presentations, reports, and discussions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bring thought leadership to strategic dialogues through deep understanding of strategic topics.
  • Build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive the adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Actively explore and leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve strategic analysis, accelerate insights generation, and improve the efficiency and depth of strategic thought leadership.

Skills you will bring:

  • Solid understanding of business drivers, market dynamics, and financial implications, with comfort in using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and apply strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL) to analyze complex business challenges and opportunities.
  • Highly articulate and persuasive, capable of conveying complex strategic concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly to all levels of the organization.
  • A genuine curiosity about a broad range of strategic topics, from market dynamics to technological innovation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or a similar analytical role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA or other advanced degree is welcome but not required – how you think matters more.
  • Direct experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial software, or one of our segments is a plus.

The pay range for this position is 147,500 - 265,600 annually with a target incentive of 10-15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
